A rare spectrum of skills.
Trained in Electrical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence back in 1993, I built my practice at the intersection of hardware, software and management. Here are the six areas I work on today.
- 01Expertise
Artificial intelligence
Helping your teams identify, scope and industrialise AI use cases with real value.
Graduated from ESIGELEC with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence, I help you demystify AI, prioritise use cases, scope POCs and structure the associated governance (data, ethics, security). The goal is simple: step out of the hype and build what serves your business.
- Opportunity analysis and roadmap
- Team and leadership enablement
- 02Expertise
Quantum computing
Active monitoring of quantum disruptions and support for early use cases.
Quantum computing is reshaping what is possible for optimisation, cryptography and simulation. My role: inform your decision-makers, connect you to the ecosystem, and identify the opportunities that are genuinely relevant to your strategy, with the right level of depth.
- Opportunity mapping
- Strategic and technology watch
- 03Expertise
Cybersecurity appliances
Designing, prototyping and industrialising cybersecurity hardware and software.
This is the heart of my recent assignments: from the electronic board to the firmware, from design to industrialisation. I bring both engineering and project management hats, with a keen focus on energy performance and production readiness.
- Prototyping electronic boards and firmwares
- Industrialisation and scale-up
- Energy performance, Industry 4.0
- 04Expertise
Project leadership
Leading critical projects with clarity: cost, timeline, quality, risk.
From business-IT steering to multi-vendor governance, I have led storage infrastructure projects, heritage archiving, application maintenance. I structure, challenge, deliver — and I know how to say what must be said.
- Multi-vendor project governance
- Transition plans, recovery
- KPI and client relationship management
- 05Expertise
Product & Go-To-Market
From product idea to commercial launch: marketing mix, pricing, distribution, communication — including for cybersecurity products.
I led the commercial launch of ADSL for national operators in Gabon and Burkina Faso, and today I support the go-to-market of cybersecurity products: catalogue definition, positioning, distribution policy, communication, SLAs. This technical + product double culture is invaluable for helping you bring your offers to market — from hardware to service.
- GTM for cybersecurity products (hardware & software)
- Marketing mix definition and positioning
- Distribution and channel strategy
- 06Expertise
Management & change
Mobilising, coaching, engaging — on-site or remote, on sensitive perimeters.
Change lead on a SaaS archiving project impacting the Top 5,000 of a major group. Setup of HP Tunisia, management of HP France/Tunisia teams. I believe in honest change management that takes individuals and their resistances seriously.
- Risk analysis and change strategy
- Communication, training, coaching
- Managing local and distant teams
Cross-cutting expertise, ready to deploy.
